Welcome to passoPRO.

These Terms of Use govern access to and use of the passoPRO platform, including participation in challenges, rankings, and related services.

By creating an account or using the platform, you agree to comply with these Terms.

If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not use the platform.

Subscription Terms - passoPRO PLUS

1. Overview

passoPRO offers a subscription plan (“passoPRO PLUS”) that provides access to premium features, including advanced analytics, challenges, rankings, and achievements.

By subscribing to passoPRO PLUS, you agree to the following subscription terms.

2. Subscription Plans and Billing

Subscriptions are available on a monthly or annual basis, as displayed at the time of purchase.

  • Payment will be charged at the time of purchase.
  • Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period (monthly or yearly), unless canceled in advance.
  • Renewal will be charged at the applicable rate at the time of renewal.

3. Automatic Renewal

Your subscription will automatically renew unless you cancel it before the end of the current billing period.

By subscribing, you authorize passoPRO to charge your selected payment method for recurring payments.

4. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.

  • If you cancel, your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period.
  • No further charges will be applied after cancellation.

5. Refund Policy

Unless required by applicable law, payments are non-refundable.

No refunds or credits will be provided for:

  • Partial subscription periods
  • Unused features
  • Accidental non-use of the service

6. Price Changes

passoPRO reserves the right to modify subscription pricing.

Any price changes will:

  • Be communicated in advance
  • Apply only to future billing cycles

7. Right of Withdrawal

If you are a consumer based in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your subscription within 14 days of purchase without providing a reason.

However, by starting to use the service immediately after subscribing, you acknowledge that you may lose your right of withdrawal once full access to the service has been provided.

8. Service Availability

passoPRO aims to provide continuous access to its services but does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Temporary interruptions may occur due to:

  • Maintenance
  • Updates
  • Technical issues

9. Changes to Features

passoPRO may update, modify, or discontinue features at any time to improve the service.

Platform Description

passoPRO is an online platform that allows users to participate in cycling challenges, analyse performance data, and compete in rankings based on activity data collected through connected services such as Strava.

The platform provides tools for tracking progress, comparing results, and engaging in competitive cycling challenges.

User Accounts

To access certain features, users must create an account. Users agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Keep login credentials secure
  • Be responsible for all activity under their account

passoPRO reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Strava Integration

passoPRO may allow users to connect their Strava account in order to import activity data.

By connecting their Strava account, users acknowledge and accept full responsibility for this action and explicitly authorize passoPRO to access their activity data via the Strava API.

Users understand that:

  • data is retrieved automatically from Strava
  • only activities recorded on Strava will be considered
  • passoPRO does not modify or control Strava data

Strava is an independent third-party service. Its use is governed by Strava's own terms and privacy policies.

Users may disconnect their Strava account at any time.

Participation in Challenges

passoPRO organizes cycling challenges based on performance metrics derived from user activities.

Participation in challenges is automatic. By using the platform and connecting their Strava account, users are automatically included in relevant challenges based on their activities. No manual registration or application is required.

Participation remains voluntary, and users may opt out at any time by disconnecting their account or ceasing to use the platform.

Rankings and Results

Rankings are calculated using activity data provided by integrated services such as Strava.

While passoPRO aims to provide accurate rankings, results depend on the accuracy of data received from external services.

passoPRO does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of third-party data.

Prizes and Rewards

Certain challenges may include prizes or rewards. passoPRO reserves the right to:

  • Verify eligibility
  • Request confirmation of activities
  • Withhold or revoke prizes in cases of rule violations or suspected manipulation

Additional terms may apply to specific competitions.

Acceptable Use

Users agree not to:

  • Use the platform for fraudulent or unlawful activities
  • Manipulate rankings or challenge results
  • Interfere with the operation or security of the platform
  • Use automated systems to access the platform without permission

Violation of these rules may result in account suspension or termination.

Intellectual Property

All content on the passoPRO platform, including text, design, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of passoPRO or its licensors.

Users may not copy, distribute, or reproduce platform content without permission.

Limitation of Liability

passoPRO provides the platform on an “as available” basis.

The platform is intended for recreational and competitive purposes only. passoPRO is not responsible for:

  • Inaccuracies in third-party data
  • Service interruptions
  • Technical issues beyond its control
  • Decisions made based on activity or performance data

Users participate in cycling activities at their own risk and are responsible for their personal safety.

Changes to the Service

passoPRO may modify, update, or discontinue features of the platform at any time.

We may also update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of any changes.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which passoPRO operates. Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes rights granted to consumers under applicable European Union or United Kingdom consumer protection laws.
